Slow Waves

If you’ve ever dreamt of sauntering through London’s Dover Street Market or finding something special at Opening Ceremony, then Slow Waves needs to be your next shopping destination.  

Slow Waves is an independent concept store hidden four stories up in an Art Deco arcade building at the Paris end of Collins street. Founded by Marli Atterton in 2015, Slow Waves has developed into a multi-brand boutique stocking a combination of luxury and emerging, international and Australian designers.

You will find outerwear, denim, and accessories for both men and women, as well as footwear, intimates, jewellery and more for the ladies at various price points. Y/Project, Milly Goddard, and Ambush are among the current favourites available at Slow Waves, that up until now you’d typically only find online.

The interior of this hidden gem (emphasis on hidden) changes with every season; this time last year Atterton covered an entire room in aluminium, foiling from the floors to ceilings to match MM6’s AAW18 collection.
