A tribute to the founder of Australia’s milk bars, Mick Adams, the restaurant focuses on no-fuss quality burgers, like the Cheeky Charlie, featuring soft-shell crab, coriander, pickled cucumber, chilli jam and aoli.

And on the side? We loved the the popcorn chicken and truffle parmesan chips. For dessert, try the fried ice-cream or the peanut butter shake. Boy oh boy.
