The Verdict
Emilia is the trattoria that has opened where Gill's Diner used to be. The team behind Emilia aimed to provide quality Italian food that was true to their heritage and the reregions that they hail from; we can safely say that they've succeeded.
The food is rich, yet light and the qulity of each ingredient truly shines through. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is excellent. If you're after an all-day venue in the CBD, Emilia is a safe bet.
