The verdict
Cicciolina has been a St Kilda institution since 1993, a favourite of all the locals and tourists alike. The décor is simple and contemporary, with big red vinyl booths and lots of art, making it an easy space to dine. The menu focuses on using the best of Melbourne's seasonal produce to make some inspiring modern Australian dishes. The back bar is always pumping and you can get a few little snack attacks off the menu there if you're in need for something little.
