Your healthy happy hour begins from the moment you walk through the door of YogaBar in Sydney’s CBD. This place seriously has it all. Specifically, there are two luxe yoga and barre studios where you can sweat it out, work on your flexibility and get your arabesque on. There are nine class types to choose from so whether you are a beginner or a pro, there will be something for you.
Ironically located amongst the naughtier fare of Westfield’s Level 5 food court, YogaBar also has a built in active wear store and wholefood café selling coffee, smoothies, salads and healthy treats.
