Enter through the striking green doors and you'll find Fortuna, a casual Italian trattoria serving up eggs benny and coffee by day and pasta and cocktails by night.
Restauranteur George Nahas is at the helm of this all-day Darlinghurt eatery, with chef Egon Marzaioli showcasing a slew of family recipes all the way from Naples.
Stars of the menu include a crispy chicken tramezzino (an Italian-style sandwich served on soft thick white bread); mafalde pasta with Fortuna's signature lamb ragu, provolone and Calabrian chilli; and truffle capricciosa pizza—an umami spin on the traditional capricciosa.
Hosting bottomless Italian fiestas from Wednesday to Sunday each week, and all-you-can-eat pasta and pizza nights on Thursdays and Fridays, Fortuna is the perfect spot to catch up with mates or tuck into a hearty dinner after a big day.
