Yoga in Sydney can be an expensive hobby, but it doesn't always have to be. COMMUNE.Yoga is there to help those who really need the relaxation and de-stress that yoga provides, but cannot afford to fork out every week for a downward facing dog.
Yoga by donation helps provide mats, teachers and spaces so that we can all enjoy the benefits of a yoga studio. The instructors are highly trained and well accomplished in helping you to meditate and let go of tension and stress and is dedicated to those with depression, anxiety and PTSD.
