The classes are a short, but much needed, 30 minute seated meditation where all you need to do is listen to the soothing voice of the facilitator while you breathe away any stress you may have - no cross-legged seating or omming here! The best part is it's close enough that you can go there for your lunch break, so you can go back to work with a positive outlook. Win!
