The Rundown
Fans of delicious drops will want to pencil this into their social cal, as the annual Wine Festival returns to transform a glass of vino from a drink to a full-blown experience.
Running from 18 October to 3 November, the nearly month-long festival is all about celebrating the Orange wine region—known for its high-altitude vineyards resulting in superior quality drops. But it’s not just cellar door visits on the packed program (although there is a lot of that too), the festival also gives visitors a chance to embrace the people and places that make the Orange region a true gem in the world of viticulture.
There's over 50 events to check out, including some of our faves like the Orange Wine Festival Night Market (18 October), where you’ll bliss out to live music at Robertson Park whilst sipping cool-climate wines and sharing a feast from local chefs at long communal tables.
There’s something to delight every taste bud at the Orange Wine Show Tasting on Friday 25 October, and for something extra special, Dining @ Altitude on Saturday 2 November, is a gastronomic adventure you won’t soon forget.
