If you’ve been riding the classic dessert train in Sydney the last few with us (think vanilla slices, scrolls, and finger buns) then news of a boozy cobbler should be music to your ears.
The adults-only cobbler is the dessert-baby of a collab between Fireball and Potts Point local SUNDAY—a restaurant dedicated to the age-old English tradition of Sunday roasts. If you've never tried a cobbler, it's basically made up of a sweet fruit filling topped with biscuit crumb or bread dumplings before being baked.
This limited edition version from SUNDAY comes loaded with Fireball-infused rhubarb and blood orange, with notes of vanilla, pear, ground ginger, and allspice. To finish, you also get Fireball-spiked butterscotch sauce because why not?
To amp your cobbler-feasting up even more, the cobbler comes ready to be doused in or washed down with a free Fireball mini. You can sink your teeth into this special treat from Friday 23 July for $14 a pop. Pick-up is available from SUNDAY Potts Point or home delivery via Uber Eats.
The cobbler will be on with a limited two-week run, with only 100 available each week.
