Light Years

Already loved in Byron Bay, Noosa, Newcastle, Gold Coast and Burleigh Heads, Light Years has opened its doors here in Perth. The upbeat Asian diner promises punchy plates and a curated wine list featuring plenty of local vino.

Light Years is blending their iconic flavours and existing favourites with some new dishes that embrace their new location. Expect some cult-favourites like kingfish ceviche with coconut, chilli and kaffir lime, crispy masterstock pork belly, and miso ribs to all be making their way west (and into our bellies), while new dishes will include steak tartare with gochujang, pickled pear and umami cream, lobster noodles with laksa basque, and an expanding dumpling selection.
