The Details

It's the counter-culture can and cocktail bar meets metal speakeasy that's just landed in Perth (with a mighty burnout baptism to welcome it to the neighbourhood). DEADBEAT is a callback to the subcultures of the 80s and 90s, bringing metal mayhem to the CBD.

The space embraces its glam rock heritage with a moody but atmospheric fitout with red leather sofas, inviting booths and dark mirrorball lighting. There's creative cocktails on offer, alongside Pirate Life craft beers, and a menu of 80s inspired eats like French onion toasties and loaded jalapeno tater tots.

Plus, there's some serious credentials behind the scenes. Operations manager Adrian Ruix boasts 28 years in the industry, with his former Sydney cocktail bar Bulletin Place being named in the World Top 50 five times.
