TAMA, the Valley’s fine-dining institution, has rebranded. If you’re like us, you’re probably wondering how you elevate a restaurant that has already earned a Chef Hat and the title of Gourmet Traveller’s ‘Best New Restaurant’. The answer to this is TAMA Supper Club.

Inspired by international supper clubs, this reinvention keeps everything you loved about TAMA—decadent share-style dishes, top-tier service, and a sophisticated atmosphere—but dials up the after-dark energy. Come in for dinner and you might just find yourself settling in for a night that stretches on effortlessly.

Gone are the bright lights and crisp white tablecloths. In their place? Plush seating, moody lighting, and a vibe that evolves as the night unfolds. The menu still delivers indulgent share plates we know and love—crab bisque linguine, spiced Moreton Bay bugs, lobster with caviar butter and Wagyu beef cheek—designed for long dinners and lingering conversation.

As the evening progresses, the energy shifts. Early seatings from 5pm to 6:30pm offer a full culinary experience under dimmed lights, where the plates are the stars, while the atmospheric supper club experience kicks off from 8:30pm. Expect buzzing DJs every Wednesdays and Thursdays, lively Friday lunch sessions and of course, the supper club experience is at an all-time high on Friday and Saturday nights. 

When the live saxophone kicks in, you know the night has truly begun. Resident DJ Charles Oliver (who has played alongside Steve Aoki) curates the tunes, setting the mood for an electric night at TAMA Supper Club—one that’s already drawn A-list names like Drake to its tables.
