Japanese Diner Izakaya Tori Lands In Mt Lawley

By

From sleek Tokyo inspired bars to yokocho style strips to fusion omakases, Japanese cuisine has well and truly taken Perth by storm in recent years. The latest is Izakaya Tori’s new Mt Lawley outpost.

The bar-slash-diner has been a Japanese go-to in Victoria Park in recent years, and is now expanding into Mt Lawley’s food scene. Here, it’s all about street-style eats - think fried chicken and grilled skewers, washed down with ice cold beer. Plus, alongside delicious gyoza and karaage there’s a pretty banging list of cocktails.

The new location sports a fresh, fun and funky fitout, complete with a ceiling covered in glowing lanterns and walls covered in collages of Japanese-inspired art, including an incredible geisha mural.
