nel. restaurant in the heart of the CBD offers a progressive dining experience with a seasonal tasting menu that changes every six weeks. Yes, that means the only option is a degustation, so all you have to do is sit back, relax and let them do the hard work for you.

Housed within an underground London-esque bunker, chef Nelly Robinson is taking on the best of British food, creating a variety of dishes such as fish pie (aka a malt and dill tartlet with confit salmon belly) and braised oxtail faggot with a mushroom bread to give you all the winter feels. With desserts like butter pudding and apple crumble, we strongly suggest you come here hungry.

The menu can be paired perfectly with their extensive selection of wines to make for the ultimate degustation, which means you also don't need to worry about ordering the wrong thing! Just don't start eating until you've made you way through the entire cocktail list.
