The verdict
Baking artisan bread is a true passion for Iggy's Down Under baker Igor Ivanovic, who sells his loaves out of two tiny stores in Bronte. Both stores open in the early morning and don't close until all the bread is sold, and with lines running out the door, this would appear to be an easy feat. The sourdough loaf is the clear favourite at Iggy's Down Under.
