With a hole-y commitment to fun and flavours drawing inspiration from the Philippines and the rest of Asia, Donut Papi was founded by Kenneth Rodrigueza and Karen Rodrigueza-Labuni way back in 2015.
Donut Papi relocated to a new Marrickville location from Redfern in late 2023, opening in a bigger, brighter space designed by Vie Studio and constructed by IZI Fitout with a vibrant rebrand by Marrickville’s Studio Chenchen.
Using high quality ingredients to craft flavours inspired by their Filipino roots and flavours from the rest of Asia, the range includes signature treats like strawberry milkshake, pandan coconut, and ube polvoron doughnuts, peach and mango fritters, and blueberry bear claws.
Limited edition and seasonal specials are well worth revisiting to try, and treats can be paired with excellent coffee or refreshing fruity drinks like iced matcha lattes or watermelon and lychee refreshers.
