When the founder of Sunshine Coast cult-favourite cafe VanillaFood opens a new joint, you expect it to be damn good. Nilla’s Pantry certainly does not disappoint. 

The driving force behind VanillaFood, Nilla Tomkins has just opened a new coffee shop-meets-organic grocer, very aptly named Nilla’s Pantry. Replacing VanillaFood’s Belmondos location, Nilla’s Pantry is located mere metres from the flagship Noosa heads location. Nilla’s Pantry has a strong ethos of creating wholesome food that is locally-sourced, seasonal and nourishing. 

Venture inside the pocket-sized grocery store and you’ll find an abundance of handmade organic products—the garden pesto is seriously out-of-this-world—freshly prepared organic meals and a well-stocked salad bar. Nilla’s Pantry also boasts an extensive catering menu, stuffed with organic savoury tarts, salads and sweets, so you never need to order Subway catering again. 

If that wasn’t enough already, Nilla’s Pantry is continuing VanillaFood’s legacy and stocking reusable Huskee cups, as part of the Australian-founded HuskeeSwap program, so you can rest easy knowing that your caffeine habit is enabling the transition to a waste-free world.
