The Verdict
Oh boy are we excited. UMU offer up handmade sourdough pizzas the good old-fashioned way—hand-stretched, cooked hot and fast. Using local, natural and organic ingredients as much as possible, trust us when we say they're some of the best pizzas in Auckland. The Kingsland restaurant has a pop of pink, a wood-fired oven and is a spacious, friendly space. With delicous pizzas, mouth-watering sides and craft beer and organic wine to wash it down, UMU is a must-visit for those who love pizza.
