Ice cream is one of life’s most decadent pleasures, and Sweet Val’s Ice Cream hits the sweet spot. Their Pop Up Ice Cream Parlour is a New Zealand first, with the Sweet Val’s peeps churning made-to-order ice cream from scratch. Using liquid nitrogen and no egg, gluten or dairy (vegan options, too), Sweet Val’s flavours include hazelnut hokey pokey, chocolate coconut rough with cocao nibs, and coconut and vanilla bean, amongst other delicious flavours. Turn it into a sundae with “Chocolate Fush” or Popcorn & Salted Caramel Sauce—two of our favourites.
