The Verdict
When we say a trip to Ponsonby isn’t complete without hitting up Ponsonby Social Club, we ain’t joking. Sitting along Pons Road, this iconic bar has been doing its thing for nearly nine years, serving up delicious cocktails and hosting some of the best local and international musos around.
Famous for its front courtyard and cosy dance floor, Ponsonby Social Club aka. PSC is one of those bars that continues to deliver epic night after epic night. Whether it’s an up-and-coming band or one of Auckland’s best DJs, PSC will have you sipping on vino and dancing ‘til the wee hours of the morning.
Head to Ponsonby Social Club on any day of the week and it will be full of people, catching up over simple (yet delicious) sharing-style dishes and refreshing drinks. Keep an eye out on their Facebook page as they play host to a bunch of epic gigs, pop-ups and other must-attend events (like the Sunday sessions!)
