You can find one of the best burger joints in Auckland right here in Wynyard Quarter. Part-way through 2024, Fat Puku's opened their second location in their beloved signature shade of shocking pink and they've been slinging their sensational smashies ever since. Pair your burg with a boozy shake and some frosted or spiced fries and you'll be happy as. 

Wander Cafe, Bistro and Bar

2 Madden Street, Wynyard Quarter, Auckland 

Whether you’re down for brunch, after-work drinks, French tapas or a fully-fledged dinner, Wander Cafe, Bistro and Wine Bar will come to the rescue, with baked croissants, kale pesto gnocchi, truffle stracciatella and everything in between.

This buzzing eatery caught our eye for its stunning ocean views and then we stayed for the espresso martini trees. Devilish libations aside, the good folks in the Wynyard Pavilion kitchen whip up veritable feasts from brunch right through to dessert.

Good George North Wharf

With a creative and relaxed industrial vibe, we can think of no place more perfect to sip on an IPA or scarlet peach cider and tuck into comfort food aplenty all while people-watching at the water’s edge at Good George North Wharf
