The verdict
Proud Mary is the jewel in the crown of Collingwood's cafe scene. This quirky cool spot is renowned throughout Melbourne for brewing some of the city's best coffee (they won the Golden Bean for 2013), and their Proud Mary blends can be found at quality coffee houses near and far. Just as appealing as their flat white is their exceptional and reasonably priced brunch menu. The smashed avo is to die for. Expect crowds on the weekend outside this warehouse space, but hang around as it's worth the wait.
