This is the place to come if you're looking for Instagrammable food on the city fringe: think King Island crayfish rolls and polenta porridge with burnt maple—plus, they've still made room for their infamous (and totally photographable) ricotta hot cakes. Our pick of the bunch is the Cape Grim beef with house made mustard on their signature black ash bun.
