S30 Mermaid Beach

Set 30 Studio (aka S30 for those in the know) has recently swung open its doors in Mermaid Beach and we could not be more excited for this unique group weight and hybrid training studio to call the Gold Coast home. 

A fully-immersive workout experience like no other, S30 Studio is known for challenging the typical gym status quo with its distinct weight, tempo and time technique—all delivered in a low-light, loud bass environment. Each 45-minute workout session consists of 30 high-energy sets, with a strong focus on inclusivity, community and most importantly, fun. You’ll certainly get your sweat on during this energetic, multi-sensory experience, but you’ll also feel supported, strong and motivated.

S30 Mermaid Beach is led by co-owner and former professional NRL player, Jordan Kahu who aims to shake up the fitness scene on the Gold Coast with this fresh new offering. S30 Mermaid Beach is S30’s seventh studio nationally and adds to S30’s rapidly expanding Queensland footprint. Their vision of “creating a world where everybody is excited to train” means they are reducing the stigma associated with group fitness, creating a holistic, unique fitness experience like no other.
