Bobby Bang’s is where cafe classics meet Asian-inspired flair, and it is already making waves in Mermaid Beach.

Nestled in The Oxley precinct, this new spot comes from the culinary duo behind the much-loved Lucky Bao, bringing their signature blend of exciting concepts and punchy flavours to an entirely new setting.

At the heart of Bobby Bang’s is a commitment to quality; starting with but not limited to their seed oil-free milk options, organic Nya Rituals ceremonial cacao and matcha. It’s a place where every ingredient feels considered, and every dish is worth talking about.

On the menu, you’ll find Japanese-style sandos that are anything but ordinary, like the slow-cooked pork katsu sando, layered with kewpie mayo and Bulldog sauce for a perfect balance of richness and tang. Or perhaps a bowl is more your style? The wok-fried organic tofu bowl with marinated tofu, pak choy, enoki mushrooms, and special soy hits all the right notes.

And we can’t forget about breakfast: Bobby’s Benny, a reimagined classic, pairs poached eggs and torched miso mayo with your choice of spinach, bacon, Korean fried chicken, or miso-grilled salmon. Drool.

It doesn’t stop there; the Bobby Bang’s drinks menu is every bit as enticing. Their miso caramel iced matcha—a creamy, subtly sweet sensation—has been an absolute hit, and their ceremonial cacao offers a velvety, nourishing jitter-free caffeine option.

Drawing health-conscious, flavour-loving crowds from near and far, it’s clear that co-owners Emmi Munday and Daud Kendall have struck gold once again. Bobby Bang’s is the talk of the town, and for all the right reasons.
