THE VERDICT

Brisbane bar scene power duo Dan Rodriguez and Bodie Schofield are the brains behind gorgeous new bar and bistro Electric Avenue, in Woolloongabba. But don't go thinking that Electric Avenue is just another nice-to-have Brisbane bar and restaurant.

This cosy venue is decked out with a whole manner of eclectic antiques and unique objects (a nod to the area's antique market history) and has a not-so-secret cocktail bar—Mrs J. Rabbits. On the food menu at Electric Avenue are a range of shared bites like pork belly tacos and roast duck bao buns, but if it's the cocktails you're after, well, we'll let you find out just how creative the mixologists here can be.
