The bakery behind the delicious pastries of New Farm's Chouquette, Newmarket's Crust & Co have opened their doors to Brisbane's public, and we are more than a little excited about it.
An artisan bakery with a passion for quality and an appreciation for tradition, Crust & Co are serving up sourdoughs, ryes, pastries, savoury tarts, and weekend specials. They also recently started pouring Merlo coffee, because, really, what's the point in having a pastry without a hot brew to accompany?
