The Verdict

Healthy menu meets unhealthily breathtaking views at Sydney restaurant, O Bar and Dining. The dishes at this lofty restaurant have cut the fat, salt and sugar but definitely haven’t been stingy on flavour – each dish is a flavour-filled, vibrant and balanced meal leaving you energised and full.

There’s seared scallops with calamari ‘noodles’ and freekeh, spatchcock with roasted wheat berries and spices and an activated hazelnut gelato with praline sponge, tonka beans and raw cocoa to finish. It’s bound to be a gastronomic experience like no other.

They've also recently introduced a vegan menu and guys, if you love snacking on guilt-free goods, then you'll want to dive head first into this one. Start with the crazy cute plate of mini carrots and radishes topped with things like puffed quinoa and romesco before moving onto the burnt onion dashi broth with silken raw almond milk tofu (yes), marinated wood ear, sea lettuce, puffed red quinoa. Our favourite dish? The hand-rolled buckwheat cavatelli pasta with wilted local summer kales, chestnut mushrooms on a bed of creamed cashew. Did we mention that it's all relatively healthy?
