The verdict
Nourishing Japanese-inspired cuisine is at the heart and soul of Minanoie cafe, hidden in a warehouse space on Peel Street in Collingwood. A sister to Cibi, Minanoie looks like it should be in a magazine, with colours, textures and fixtures creating an ambient space reflective of the minimalist culture of the Japanese. The green tea cakes are a scrumptious treat, as are the miso baked eggs!
